Welcome to Martin Band! After filling out this form, you will be invited to join our Booster Hub and prompted to install the Booster Hub app on your phone. The App will give you access to our calendar, announcements, section chats, volunteering opportunities and more.
This is a family registration. With a required student and Parent/Guardian and an optional additional Parent/Guardian, as well as the ability to add an additional Martin Band Student.
Each person will have their own account, so please be sure to use a unique email address and phone number when registering. Student emails should be their personal email, not a school issued email.
